TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rector Investment & Asset Management System platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.


2. Eligibility and Registration

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Successfully complete identity verification

  • Not be listed on sanctions or fraud watchlists

  • Accept the Privacy Policy

Accounts remain inactive until verification and approval are completed.


3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • Enabling and maintaining Two-Factor Authentication

  • Not sharing accounts with any third party

  • Ensuring all provided information remains accurate

Rector Investment & Asset Management System is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.


4. Investor Activation

Investors must provide additional financial and source-of-funds information. Approval is subject to internal compliance review and sanctions screening.

Rector Investment & Asset Management System reserves the right to approve or reject investor activation at its sole discretion.


5. Investment Policy

Before investing, users must acknowledge that:

  • Investment fixed returns are not guaranteed. It can vary depending on the invested sector’s market growth.

  • Investors are responsible for their own decisions

  • All applicable fees are disclosed prior to investment


6. Withdrawal and Returns

Withdrawal requests require manual verification, which may include telephone confirmation.

Rector Investment & Asset Management System may:

  • Delay payouts due to business or market conditions (2-7 days)

  • Withhold funds during investigations

  • Deduct applicable platform, transaction, or withdrawal fees


7. Founder and Fundraising Obligations

Founders must submit complete and truthful documentation, including business plans and financial projections.

Rector Investment & Asset Management System may conduct background checks, credit reviews where legally permitted, dispute verification, and site visits.

Founder accounts may be suspended, frozen, or permanently banned for:

  • Misleading information

  • Misuse of funds

  • Fraudulent conduct


8. Compliance and Due Diligence

Rector Investment & Asset Management System may conduct ongoing monitoring and periodic risk reviews.

Users agree to cooperate with:

  • Identity re-verification

  • Financial information updates

  • Compliance reviews


9. Account Suspension and Termination

Rector Investment & Asset Management System may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fake identity

  • Fraud or scam behavior

  • Policy violations

  • Legal or regulatory directives

Rector Investment & Asset Management System reserves full discretion in enforcement decisions.


10. Amendments

Rector Investment & Asset Management System reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
